Electricity will be available on a limited basis. Prior approval is necessary to have access to electricity at the park. We will not be able to accommodate electric warming ovens.

If you are selling a food item, you must have a valid “Temporary Food Facility Health Permit. Please provide us a copy at least seven days prior to the event. Please provide proof of liability insurance naming Redlands 4^th of July Committee, Inc as additional insured. Minimum of $1,000,000. If you have been a vendor previously, we will try to give you the same location as before. We will confirm your application and send you a site map once you have been approved. Release: I/we, the undersigned, individually or on behalf of the entity represented, hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Redlands 4^th of July Committee, Inc, its liability, loss, costs, damages, attorneys fees and other expenses which it may sustain or incur by reason of or in consequence of my/our entry/participation in the 4^th of July Sylvan park activities to be held on Thursday, July 4^th, 2024.
